Starting off like The Ramones back catalogue, ‘Destroy the Walls’ is a pure rock fest, fuelled by gutsy riffs and gritty vocals before ‘Build a Fortress’ breaks down even the most stubborn. Juicy basslines and punchy vocals seem to be the band’s forte and one that works for them on ‘We are the People’ to keep everyone headbanging throughout. Dog Will Hunt surprised me. You don’t get many bands who are willing to step out of line and persevere to come out the other end better off – one to keep an eye on.
