Alternative rock vocals diametrically opposed to the upper register, playful guitar riffs make for the vigorous mélange of sound of Goodbye Nola. These spritely guitar riffs akin to Two Door Cinema Club; but that is where the similarity ends. Mixing up the vocals between band members keeps things fresh and gives it an American hard rock edge.
All three tracks are solid and polished. Testified gets you hooked with the speedy, gratifying guitar riffs and foot stomping bass and drum. Fever lets the instruments shine with particular focus on percussion. The rest of the band acts as support for some killer beats. Bring it On is the stand out track on this EP and rather sets the tone for a band poised and ready to take on the music world. Noelle Ellis, GiggingNI.com
