On Sunday 1st March 2015 at the Empire Music Hall in Belfast Grant Nicholas plays an intimate show that you won’t want to miss.
Grant Nicholas as most people know him is the frontman of the Welsh rockers Feeder, famous for hits such as Buck Rogers, Just a Day and Just the Way I’m Feeling.
Feeder was originally formed by Grant and former drummer Jon Lee, and have had a glittering career in which has seen them churn out eight albums, numerous hits (including a few top 40 chart hits) and be regarded as one of the United Kingdoms most successful bands – one that withstood the test of time, from the early 90’s and their music is still as popular as ever today.
His solo tour comes off the back of releasing his first solo album titled Yorktown Heights, which was both written and produced by Grant himself. The music itself on the album is pretty good and his vocals suit the laid back acoustic vibe that he has going on in the album.
With songs like Silent in Space, Joan of Arc and the title track of the album Soul Mates, thrown in with possibly some Feeder oldies and maybe a few covers, this concert is definitely not one to be missed.
