Paolo Nutini is pleased to announce that he will headline a special outdoor show at Marlay Park, Dublin, Ireland on Saturday 4th July 2015.
Joining him for the day will be very special guest Imelda May. Alabama Shakes and Gaz Coombes will also perform on the line up.
The Paisley born singer-songwriter released his platinum selling 3rd album ‘Caustic Love’ last year which went straight in at No.1 in Ireland. After performing a sold out show at the city’s 3Arena back in November, Paolo is looking forward to returning to Dublin with his impressive 10-piece band for this one off event with some of his favourite artists.
Since she announced herself to the world with her raucous debut ‘Love Tattoo’, back in 2009 (now 8x times platinum in Ireland), Imelda May has been one of the most strikingly original talents in Irish music. Her follow up albums ‘Mayhem’ (2010) and ‘Tribal’ (2014) also topped the album charts on their release cementing her status as Ireland’s reigning queen of rockabilly.
Alabama Shakes release the highly anticipated second album ‘Sound & Color’ in April, the follow up to 2012’s debut ‘Boys & Girl’s which was a Top 5 hit in Ireland and the UK and a Top 10 hit in the U.S. achieving gold status.
Gaz Coombes, best known as front-man of Supergrass, has just released his second solo album, ‘Matador’, garnering critical acclaim and top reviews from Mojo, Q and The Guardian on its release.
