Daniel Sloss – comedy’s latest stand-up sensation -makes his eagerly anticipated Waterfront début on Thursday 24 September.
Daniel is Scotland’s internationally acclaimed and award-winning comedy, half-man-half-Xbox! He has already sold out seven consecutive seasons at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He looks set to do the same at the Edinburgh Fringe during the coming week with his new show before bringing it to local fans at the Waterfront!
At the age of just 16, Daniel Sloss performed his first five-minute stand-up gig at The Laughing Horse in Edinburgh and began writing material for Frankie Boyle’s slot on Mock the Week. The following year, aged just 17, he did his first joint Edinburgh Festival Fringe show and by 2009, he had sold out his first full Fringe run, before going to London and becoming the youngest comedian to take a show to the Soho Theatre. In 2010, he starred in his own BBC Three sitcom, The Adventures of Daniel.
Daniel has already made a big splash on primetime TV shows like Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Russell Howard’s Good News. He’s also totally sick of people calling his comedy “dark.”
Daniel Sloss is strictly for over 16s only – his show contains strong language and adult content.
