Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes travel to Belfast before Kerrang! tour
English hardcore punk band Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes are proud to announce a Belfast headline show in Voodoo, Belfast on February 09th 2016.
Formed in 2015 by former Gallows and Pure Love frontman Frank Carter. The band sees Carter return to the hardcore punk stylings of Gallows, as opposed to the alternative rock sound of Pure Love. They released an EP in May 2015 called Rotten, and their debut album Blossom in August 2015.
It’s been quite the year for Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes. Carter announced the band in March 2015 and in the past 9 months they have sold out multiple headline tours in the UK, Germany and Scandinavia, wowed the masses and caused chaos at this year’s Reading & Leeds Festival and Warped Tour London, scored a top 20 album with their debut Blossom, topped the vinyl charts and picked up a huge amount of radio plays, including over 60 on Radio 1 alone. Most recently, they toured with American hardcore punk legends The Bronx for a sold out run across Europe. They closed the tour with mayhem at London’s Brooklyn Bowl, when Carter joined The Bronx for their final track History’s Stranglers.
The album, DIY in every sense of the word, was written, played, funded, and designed, by Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes. Blossom is available in multiple formats including CD, vinyl, and a limited, signed, hyper deluxe vinyl. A must have collectors item, Frank Carter personally hand painted 100 unique alternative covers for the Hyper Deluxe Vinyl. Produced by Thomas Mitchener and recorded at Broadfields Studio, the album can be bought from iTunes and most record stores.
